
Ira has been a business broker since 1993, successfully completing over 200
business sales. During this period, he has been Chief Operating Officer of a
network of business brokerage offices in Massachusetts as well as being
responsible for the training of business brokers. Some of his strengths in this
industry have been his ability to make buyers and sellers feel comfortable
throughout the sales process and his understanding of what the needs are of both
the buyer and the seller. In addition, he has the knowledge and creativity to
successfully work through the issues that typically arise in the sale
process.
Ira has owned, operated and sold eight of his own enterprises
during his business career. This enables him to empathize with what a buyer and
seller go through in the sale process. His goal is to make a transaction
successful from both the buyer's and seller's prospective.
As former
Franchise Director of three national companies, Ira is very qualified to work
with buyers and sellers of franchise opportunities.
Ira has a BS and an
MBA from Babson College. He has also been an auditor with Coopers &
Lybrand.
