John Rogozenski has been associated with the franchise industry for more than 35 years. His extensive background in operations management, franchise sales, real estate development, market planning and financing for new operators provides a wealth of knowledge to help individuals evaluate new business opportunities.
His experience includes working for national retail concepts including Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. He was personally responsible for developing over 300 new facilities and was a senior development executive for many years. During that period his team completed over 75 development plans in major markets representing over 7,000 new trade areas.
As a small business owner he consulted with many national restaurant and franchising concepts providing strategic planning, franchising, and site selection direction. Recently John was the key development executive for a health care company managing their portfolio of facilities as well as the corporate capital plan.
John has a Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Volunteer activities include the local chapter of SCORE assisting many small business owners manage a wide range of issues.
